You have set up an MS Access database, copied it to the Field System, and received a disk (removable mass storage, probably large capacity) containing 'raw' data collected in the field. You must now process the raw data and perform any editing that is required to produce a finished database which will be the foundation of your reporting. The accuracy and usefulness of the reports depends on how well the foundation is laid.
