Track Geometry Data (TGD) Viewer

A program Track Geometry Data (TGD) Viewer is designed to view a content of a binary track geometry data file (*.tgd). The tgd file contains geometry data in multiple configurable channels collected by VISTA/ARGUS systems. It provides a quick access to a list records, header of file.

Additionally, a program export data to csv file or load it to Rangecam DB.

User Interface

The User Interface provides the toolbar in a main window. Buttons from the toolbar open different views in the main or new modal windows. After opening buttons are disabled, because no data loaded in memory.

Import Data to Rangecam DB

A click on icon starts a process of data import into Rangecam DB. First a file-select dialog is opened, where a user should select Microsoft Access Rangecam DB where data will be exported. Any file in this folder can be selected.

If database is opened successfully the Import Dialog opens. Now the user should select a track to which a geometry data will be assigned.

Last step - click button Import to start a process.

In version 2.0.0 a user interface is simple because it is a minimal viable product. All proposals to improve user interface are welcome (send email).
